On-campus and local employers with part-time jobs are seeking Mason students to fill open positions! Meet them in Dewberry Hall on the lower level of the Johnson Center to learn more about job and internship opportunities, either on campus or in the local area.

Come meet our fraternity and sorority members! All of Mason’s fraternities and sororities apart of the Fraternity and Sorority Life community will be tabling on Wilkins Plaza. This is a great opportunity to learn more about our organizations and how to join them!

George Mason’s annual fall carnival featuring inflatables, free food, giveaways, DIYs, and the 2025 IVth Night t-shirt.
College Colors Day | Friday, August 29 @ 11 AM–2 PM
College Colors Day is celebrated nationally each year with fans across the country showing their school pride by wearing their favorite college colors. For us, we are Bold and wear our Green and Gold! College Colors Day for George Mason also kicks off another year of Spirit Friday’s where the George Mason community don themselves in Green and Gold every Friday.
Step Expo | Friday, August 29 @ 7-9 PM
End the first week of classes right by coming out to Mason’s NPHC annual Step Expo, where your favorite D9 fraternities and sororities will be showcasing their steps and strolls. This is one of the most popular events on campus, so be sure to register early and arrive on time. Can’t wait to see you there!

We are pleased to share with you that this year’s Mason Nation 9/11 Day of Service is scheduled for Wednesday, September 11th. A variety of service projects will be available for students, faculty, staff, alumni, and community members to choose from and participate in.

Ask Me Booths Information Coming Soon!
Ask Me Booths are inside help desks spread across campus with helpful information and our volunteers help direct people across campus and answer any questions they may have.
Faculty, staff, or students can volunteer to staff Ask Me Booths and we hope that you will be able to support us by volunteering to work a shift. A virtual training will be provided to all volunteers before Welcome2Mason begins.
